New to Park City, UT is the Dakota Mountain Lodge, a part of The Waldorf Astoria Collection.  This new resort features a luxurious spa called the Golden Door, incomparable accommodations, world class dining, and offers a unique Utah vacation experience.  Located near the Canyons Resort, The Dakota Mountain Lodge is only 30 minutes from the SLC International Airport and is centrally located in Park City, UT.

Spruce at The Dakota Mountain LodgeConsidered to be one of the premier hotels in Park City, the Dakota Mountain Lodge will also feature the highly anticipated award winning restaurant, Spruce.  Spruce Restaurant began it’s roots in San Francisco and quickly became voted one of Esquire’s “Best New Restaurants” in 2008.  Spruce serves contemporary American cuisine with a French twist. Award winning Chef Mark Sullivan has created menus dedicated to serving the  highest quality products from Northern California and Utah.  Seasonal menu selections include Honey Lacquered Duck Breast and Tumeric Poached Blue Foot Chicken.  Spruce also offers a wine list including over 1,400 selections from throughout the globe and a full bar offering original cocktails, special spirits, and private Scotch and Bourbon selection mades specifically for Spruce.

Spruce plans on quickly becoming one of the best restaurants in Park City, if not all of Utah.  We look forward to Spruce bringing in international talent, carefully crafted cuisine, and dynamic menu offerings to the Summit County area.  Look out for our Spruce review in the coming months once they open.
