China Panda in Holiday Village Shopping Center Gets New Owner

3 June 2009 By: Casey No Comment | News & Events

According to the Park Record Newspaper, China Panda has been purchased by Bruce Ochs of Laughlin, Nevada.  China Panda is tucked inbetween The Sports Authority and Holiday Village Cinemark in the Holliday Village Shopping Plaza.

China Panda has been in business for over 25 years and is the only traditional Chinese restaurant inn Park City. They have a popular oriental lunch buffet and a salad bar with make your own sundaes.  China Panda also offers a large selection of chicken, beef, pork, and seafood Chinese entrees.

Since China Panda has been in business longer than most restaurants in Summit County, Ochs said that he would make very slow changes, if any, as to not scare away regular patrons.  The Record also states in their article that Ochs plans on making a few renovations to the restaurant, including the dining area and kitchen.  Most changes will be completed during the evening and they will be open during business hours.
