EXPIRED – Park City’s Restaurants Top 5 Mud Season Dining Deals from ParkCityVoyuer.com
With Winter 2010 coming to an end, Parkites near and far are awaiting Park City’s restaurants to start with their Mud Season promotions. Recently, my friends over at ParkCityVoyeur.com wrote about their top 5 Mud Season Dining Deals. Figuring that you are all fiending for the dining deals to begin, here are the Voyeur Girls’ top 5 restaurant specials going on right now:
1. Unlimited Pad Thai at Bangkok Thai on Main
Bangkok Thai’s two-for-one entree deal is only topped by adjoining Club Monsoon’s dream-inspiring $9.99 unlimited Pad Thai. This gem typically lasts through the summer, although it’s not always advertised.
2. 2-for-1’s
Bill White’s famous price concession, the 2-for-1 entree, actually began as the lifts still ran this year, prompting speculation that the deals could get even better — like the epic $2 Taco Tuesdays launched at Windy Ridge last year. For now, aspiring fine diners can enjoy an entree break at Grappa, Ghidottis, Wahso, Chimayo and Windy Ridge.
3. Three courses: $25
Adolph’s three-course $25 special really is special — and best tackled when near starvation. After unlimited organic bread, a giant salad, and a hearty entree of New York steak or Salmon Four Seasons (complete with sides and veggies), finishing dessert may be near impossible. Our advice? Skip lunch. It’s worth it.
4. Zoom’s $10 Burger
This is a cheating. Amazingly, this deal is good year-round. But how easy is it to get a reservation at Zoom in January? Now you can enjoy every bite of the colossal beef burger, coleslaw and fries without the crowds, and it still feels like a great deal.
5. Spaghetti Night
It’s tough to find a full meal for $5.99. It’s possible on Monday nights downstairs at Cisero’s with the spaghetti-salad combo, a deal even the poorest kid in PC can enjoy. The rest of the week, the Italian joint offers half off its bar menu.
