Cooking Class – Spring Harvest

With the excitement that the spring crop has brought, we welcome you to join Chef Saundra Middleton for her first-ever vegetable driven cooking class – all about vegetable care and preparation. The day will be completed with a sit down lunch, enjoying the many dishes that were prepared and pairing them with a selection of wines offered by our sommelier team.
