The Sixth Annual Park City Food and Wine Classic starts this Thursday, July 8th. This is one of Park City’s premiere culinary events of the year, so if you will be in town this weekend you can’t miss it! This is your chance to mingle with award-winning chefs, wine makers, master sommeliers, and fellow food lovers from around the country.

Park City Food and Wine ClassicThe Park City Food and Wine Classic kicks off Thursday night at 6pm up at the Red Pine Lodge at The Canyons with a Wine on the Mountain Celebration. Park City Food and Wine ClassicEach of the main tasting events this weekend (Friday and Saturday nights) will feature over 500 wines, beers and spirits, along with plenty of food from your favorite local restaurants to sample. This is your chance to try bit-sized samples of cuisine from restaurants as diverse as Jean Louis, Bangkok Thai, Chez Betty, Chimayo and many more. Sample some of your favorite menu items, broaden your culinary horizons, and maybe find a new favorite restaurant in Park City! Make sure to call ahead for dinner reservations after the Grand Tastings because many restaurants will be at capacity this weekend.

This is sure to be one of the best food events of the year in Park City. We’ll see you there!
