Silver Restaurant’s Off-Season Special Includes Donations to Park City Non-Profits
Typically May is mud-season in Park City. This means all of the tourists have gone home, many of our favorite restaurants are closed, and it’s too warm to ski but too muddy to bike. This year is completely different though. With the early melting of the snow, most bike trails in town are open, the golf courses are in great shape, and locals are out and about at their favorite restaurants.
Many restaurants are preparing their off-season locals specials, which typically feature 2-for-1 entrees or deals on certain days of the week. Silver on Main Street is no exception. They are currently closed until May 23rd, but when they re-open they are featuring an excellent deal with a charitable twist.
Starting May 23rd, Silver Restaurant will have a special of “buy one entree, get the second for only $2″. The $2 you pay for the second entree will be donated to a different Park City area non-profit each week! This is a great chance to check out Silver’s new menu, save some money, and help generate revenue for a local organization. The list of Park City non-profits Silver will be donating to is as follows:
May 23: Overall – Park City Foundation
May 30: Children and Families – Big Brothers/Big Sisters
June 6: Conservation and Environment – Summit Land Conservancy
June 13: Sports and Recreation – Mountain Trails
June 20: Education – Park City Education Foundation
June 27: Health and Human Resources – People’s Health Clinic
July 4: Arts and Culture – Kimball Art Center
Be sure to check out the new Silver menu on Ski Town Restaurants, and see their website for more information. Also check out Silver on Facebook for the latest news and info.
Stay tuned for other off-season specials in Park City!
