The Salt Lake City Weekly just released their 2009 Dining Guide featuring a round-up of Utah’s Top 100 restaurants, with almost 20% of them located in Park City. Anticipated Opening Dates for Utah’s Ski Resorts – Park City, The Canyons, and Deer Valley
