Last week, Kevin and I were invited to Spruce Restaurant at the Dakota Mountain Lodge. Needless to say we were beyond impressed. Spruce is exactly what Park City needed; a modern, sophisticated restaurant that is committed to excellent service and impeccable cuisine.

According to the Park Record, Park City’s local news publication, The Stew Pot will be closing it’s doors this Friday.  The Stew Pot has been located on 1375 Deer Valley Drive for the past 22 years and has remained a locals favorite for the entire duration.  Their outside patio and amazing sandwiches had a huge pull on Parkites who would frequent the friendly restaurant. Casey and I visited Grappa on Main Street recently to check out their amazing Monday Madness dinner special. For a limited time this summer, one of the most famous restaurants in Park City is offering a special dinner menu on Monday nights with amazing prices on appetizers, entrees, desserts and drinks.
